The following conceptual interchange alternatives have resulted from the development and refinement of infrastructure improvement alternatives. These infrastructure alternatives, in concert with a program of Transportation System Management (TSM) actions and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies, have been concurred by the Advisory Task Force as recommended to be carried forward for detailed evaluation in Phase 3 (Preliminary Design / Impact Assessment / Draft Environmental Impact Statement) of the study.
